TRACING® is a line marking spray with a good price/performance ratio. It is recommended to use the line marking spray on surfaces with little wear. It is the best choice for outdoor markings. Application: optimizing traffic management, delimiting zones, line markings indoors and outdoors, logistics warehouses, sports facilities , green areas, cycle paths and parking markings.

Excellent adhesion. Very weather-resistant and quick-drying: 15 to 20 minutes. Clear lines thanks to the special nozzle. Marking durability: approx. 12 months depending on the substrate and load on the lines. Application temperature: +5 °C to 50 °C. Line width 5 to 10 cm (adjustable on the trolley)

Store between 15 and 25 °C and at a relative humidity of between 50 and 60%.

Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Keep away from sources of ignition, heat and sunlight. As with all material handling and storage, smoking is prohibited in the vicinity of the cans.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE Regardless of the condition of the ground, the following conditions should be met for the best possible application of TRACING®: Correct preparation of the surface to be painted is essential for optimal adhesion of the paint. Clean the surface well so that it is free from dust, dirt, grease, etc. The humidity should be between 10 and 50%. The application temperature should not be lower than 5 °C. To obtain a good quality line, the application of the first layer (base layer) should be done quickly; on the other hand, the second and possibly third layer should be applied more slowly to achieve the desired coverage. Recommendations for substrates: CONCRETE Before applying TRACING® to new concrete, at least 3 to 4 weeks are required for the concrete to dry. ASPHALT Before marking on new asphalt surfaces, it is recommended to wait at least 15 days in order not to impair the quality of the marking. Special conditions for synthetic floors (plastic, PVC, varnished) and painted floors (epoxy, PUR). There are many types of paint in this area and it is possible that the floor paint is incompatible with TRACING® (or that there are adhesion problems). Therefore, we recommend that you first do a test on this type of material. • The lines can be protected with a layer of our PROTECT MARK varnish to further increase their durability and resistance to dirt.
