Leak Alert

Leak Alert™ helps you avoid serious water damage in your home. This self-contained battery-powered device is placed in areas where there is a risk of water leakage and warns with a very loud alarm for up to 72 hours. Perfect for laundry rooms, near a water heater, under an aquarium or near toilets.

LeakAlert has two external metal strips with a weak electric current continuously passing through them. When in contact with water, the circuit is closed and the alarm sounds. Make sure that LeakAlert is placed with the correct side up so that it floats in the event of a flood. You can test the device by touching the strips with your hand, which will trigger the alarm.
